> - One of the Insurrection's top markmen is wreaking havoc in the floodplains. Scouts say he's posted up atop the tower overlooking Mill, west of Beauly.
> - Anyone who takes him out will be doing the Revolution a massive service, and will be rewarded so.

After completion:
> The Sniper is down; report to Momma Roach [//sic//] at [[regions:metropol|The Borough]] to claim your reward.

  - Locate the Insurrection sniper at the top of a tower in the industrial area in Flood Plains.
  - Eliminate the sniper by any means.

===== Notes =====

  * The Sniper starts out looking towards the south side of the map.
  * The tower can be approached relatively safely from the East by the road from [[regions:crossroads|Crossroads]] or from the North by tunnel from [[regions:depot|Depot]]
  * The sniper drops an Anti-Mat rifle and 8 rounds of 50 Cal FMJ ammo.
