====== Cheat menu ======

The cheat menu can be opened by pressing the Ctrl and Backspace keys together. It offers the following options:

  * **Free cam**: separates the camera from your character, and allows you to freely move it around.
    * Controls: movement keys to move on the horizontal plane, mouse to look around, sprint to move faster, jump to move up, crouch to move down, Escape to exit the mode.
    * <wrap important>When exiting free cam, you will be teleported at the camera's location.</wrap>
  * **Give 1000$**: self-explanatory.
  * **Give starting gear**: gives you 2 bandages, 2 MREs, 18 9mm Parabellum bullets, a lighter, a PK-11 pistol, and a crowbar.
  * **Give basic gear**: gives you 2 bandages, 18 9mm Parabellum bullets, 14 5.6 intermediate FMJ bullets, 5 12-gauge buckshot shells, binoculars, 3 flares, 2 frag grenades, a PK-52 scout rifle, a break-action shotgun, a PK-11 pistol, a crowbar, and a scouter.
  * **∞ ammo**: your guns will still reload, but they won't take ammo from your inventory. Resets on map transitions.
    * <wrap important>This does not disable enchanted weapons' eather consumption.</wrap>
  * **Test map**: warps you to the [[regions:test_map|test map]]. Please see that page for more information.
  * **Forward time**: advances the in-game time by 100 minutes (1h40).
  * **Kill all NPCs**: kills every single NPC currently on the map, including friendlies.
    * <wrap important>If used in maps like [[regions:observatory|Observatory]], important NPCs like [[npcs:simmi|Simmi]] will //not// respawn if you leave and re-enter the map.</wrap>
  * **God mode**: You will not take damage, except mental damage (which cannot kill you anyway). Resets on map transitions.
  * **Toggle watermark**: toggles the version watermark in the top-right corner of the HUD.
  * **Cheat shop**: opens a shop where you can "buy" a vast majority of items for 0$ each, and sell at the normal price.
  * **Flags**: allows you to edit a variety of flags and variables, including, but not limited to, your reputation with various factions, your debt, or whether you met certain NPCs.
